Born on June 13, 1939, in Olean, he was a son of Roger and Hazel (Grimes) Roulo. In 1958 in Richburg, he married the former Joyce Kuhn who predeceased on December 24, 2015.

He worked in the Oil Fields for Francis Root and later was a logger. He retired from Portville Forest Products.

He enjoyed fishing, maintaining his lawn, and spending time with his family. He loved animals, particularly his dogs Buddy and Lady.

Robert is survived by A son David A. Roulo of Bolivar, a daughter in law Jill J Roulo of Bolivar, 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren a brother Elwyn (Jan) Roulo of Portville; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by two sons Robert A. Roulo and Michael A. Roulo, a grandson Justin Roulo, a brother Ronald R. Roulo, and his stepmother Doris Roulo.

At his request a Celebration of Life and Burial in Maple Lawn Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
