Born on April 21, 1966, in Tyler, Texas she was a daughter of James and Marie (Matlock) Russell.

Frieda was a member of Faith Bible Church in Little Genesee. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and church family and doing crafts, and volunteering at the Bolivar Fire Department.

She is survived by her daughter Susan L. (Todd) Ingalls of Bolivar; her grandchildren Destany, Dawsen, and Danica; and a great granddaughter Ellie.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased a sister Barbara Hardin.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
