Born on May 16, 1951, in Miami, Florida, he was a son of Robert and Kathleen McKinley Frazier.

William had been a Union Carpenter in Florida and Western, New York, working for the Local 66 out of Olean and several other unions in Buffalo and Rochester. He later relocated to Alaska and was a Personal Certified Nurse’s Aide for Becky Oskulloff for 24 years before returning to Belfast to live with family.

He enjoyed playing guitar, making music, and reading books. He also held the school record for track and field at Franklin Senior High School for many years.

He is survived by two sons, a daughter, his siblings Kinley, Allan, and Judith, and several nieces nephews and great nieces.

There will be no services.
