Born on May 15, 1959, in Dansville, he was a son of Robert John Frew and Agnes Marie Schledorn.

Vincent was a graduate of Keshequa Central School. He worked as a farmhand all of his career.

He enjoyed raising chickens and cows, but spending time with his nieces and nephews brought him great joy and he loved each one of them dearly.

He is survived by 3 brothers, Clarence (Shelia) Borden, Jr. of Caneadea, Danny (Sue) Borden of Buffalo and Mark (Kelly) Burlingame of Arcade; 4 sisters, Barbara (Timothy) Vogel of Friendship, Sandy (Kent) Lockwood of Franklinville, Patricia (Gary) Brown of Florida and Darlene Petti of Rochester; nephews, Teddy (Carrie Endriss) Adams, David (Ashley Cushing) Adams, with whom he lived, Harvey, Dennis, and James Adams, Mark Burlingame, Jr.; a niece Sophie Adams; and special Friends, Francis “Rooster”, Ray Adams, and Ed (Becky) Armstrong.

He was predeceased by his parents.

Friends will be received at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull Street, Cuba, on Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 5-7 P.M.
