Shea M. Payne, 47, of 7 Green St., Cuba, passed away Sunday (Feb. 14, 2016) at Olean General Hospital following a brief illness.
Born on Oct. 13, 1968, in Olean, she was the daughter of Bonnie Kennedy and John Orcutt. On April 28, 1990, in Cuba, Shea married Terry K. Payne, who survives.

| She was a graduate of the Cuba Central School class of 1986 and of the Allegany County BOCES cosmetology program. Shea owned and operated Shea's Creative Hairstyling in Cuba and was employed by Sterilator Co., also in Cuba.
Shea was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and daughter.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Alyssa Payne and Paige Payne, both of Cuba; one granddaughter, Karson Weatherly; mother, Bonnie Kennedy of Olean; father, John Orcutt of Cuba; a sister, Abby (Erick) Poore of Cuba; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home and Memorial Service, Cuba. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Feb. 19, 2016) at the funeral home with Brother Kevin Kriso officiating.
Memorials made to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
