Robert J. LaRose, of 8523 Tibbetts Hill Rd, Black Creek, passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2015 after reaching the age of 79. He had a long and successful career at Acme Elecitric Corp. of Cuba and Dresser Rand in Olean. He enjoyed mowing his lawn, relaxing on his porch, the New York Yankees, watching wrestling, with his pride and joy being his grandchildren.

| He is survived by the former Joyce Bialy whom he married in 1957, his sons Verne and Dean, a daughter Dawn LaRose-Smith; 5 grandchildren, Nicole, Nathan (Kayne), Erik, Jarred, Jacob, and one great grandchild, Avery.
A Celebration of Mr. LaRose's life will be held at a later date.
Memorials if desired may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Heart Association.
Arrangements are under direction of the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., Cuba.
