Phyllis Schiro, 72, of 5860 Mount Monroe Rd, Cuba passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 11, 2015 shortly after arrival at Olean General Hospital.
Born on November 24, 1942, in Niagara Falls she was one of eighteen children born to Nelson and Hattie Cirrito. On November 11, 1964, in Niagara Falls she married Ronald P. Schiro who survives.

| Phyllis had been a waitress for the Casa Nova Restaurant in Niagara Falls before retiring to the southern tier with her husband.
She was a member of the Cuba VFW and AmVets Auxiliary. She enjoyed watching golf, the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Richard Schiro of North Tonawanda; a daughter Tammy (Jerald) Stanish of Niagara Falls; two grandsons Nicholas and Anthony Schiro; and numerous brothers and sisters.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by several siblings.
