Born on July 31, 1933, in Angelica, she was a daughter of Howard and Vivan Garfield Skiver. On July 31, 1954 she married James L. Seamon who predeceased her.

Patricia was a graduate of Portville Central School. She had several jobs over the years, but was first and foremost a homemaker who enjoyed caring for her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She was a member of the Jehovah Witness and loved to preach the good news.

Pat enjoyed gardening, crocheting, crafts, caring for her home, and loved all animals.

She is survived by a son, Jesse J. Seamon of Port Allegany, PA; two daughters, Dianna Andreano of Friendship and Debra (David Barber) Green of Cuba; 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; her siblings, Marty Skiver, Allan Skiver, Jerry Skiver, Del Skiver, Dana Skiver, Marilyn Whitehead, Ruth Stiles, and Cheryl Bean; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by two grandchildren Budd Hand and Alicia Treat.

There will be no services. Burial will be in Cuba Cemetery, Cuba, New York.
