Born on March 15, 1975, at Camp Lejeune Jacksonville, North Carolina, she was a daughter of Gary and LaVonne Slack Davenport. On August 21, 2005 in Belfast, she married Mark Morrison who survives.

Mandy was a graduate of Belfast Central Schools Class of 1995. Mandy attended Olean BOCES where she took cake baking classes. She was a stay at home mom, but had also been a home health care aide for several years and worked in the housekeeping department at Cuba Memorial Hospital prior to becoming ill.

In addition to her husband Mark of Cuba she is survived by a son, Mark K. (Shalyn Gilbert) Morrison of Olean; a grand daughter, Scarlette A. Gilbert; her mother and step father, LaVonne (Robert) Matteson Belfast; four brothers, Christopher Davenport of Arcade, Scott (Laura) Davenport of Machias, Adam (Sarah) Davenport and Alex (Nadia) Davenport both of Rochester; a step brother Reed Matteson of Belfast; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her father Gary Davenport in November 2005.
