Born on November 29, 1938, in Parishville, he was a son Walter and Amanda Lottie Wilson. He came from a large family in upstate New York with many siblings. On March 3, 1967, in Denver, Colorado, he married the former Carol Baker who predeceased him on October 15, 2022.

Louie was a self-employed building contractor in the area for many years retiring in 1998.

He was an avid hunter, loved animals, country music, and enjoyed playing the guitar.

He is survived by his children, Julie (Michael) Faulkner of Portville, Mollie (Brad) Jarvis of Horseheads and Colleen Laird of Arcade; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and special neighbors, Gary Millhollen and Kathy Peters.

There will be no services.
