Husband, Father, and Son

Leslie Michael “Les” Blouvet, 37, of 4112 Blouvet Road, Friendship, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born on March 5, 1986, in Wellsville, he was a son of Michael Blouvet and Tina Homuth Blouvet. On May 25, 2007 in Concord, North Carolina, he married the former Emily A. Evingham who survives.

He was a graduate of Friendship Central Schools Class of 2005.

Les owned his own semitruck and drove over-the-road several years, but was currently working as a logger for Blouvet Logging.

He loved tinkering, trucking, logging, the “new” yearly trips to Tennessee, and Saturday night cards.

Les leaves behind his wife, best friend, love of his life, and business partner of 16 years Emily Blouvet of Friendship; his father and stepmother Michael (Stacy) Blouvet of Friendship; mother and stepfather Tina (Richard) Blouvet of Cuba; a sister Amber Greene of Friendship; A brother Jeffery (Tonya) Blouvet of Friendship; a newphew whom he was raising as a son Dakota Evingham; Paternal grandmother Lillian Blouvet of Friendship; maternal grandparents Dave (Luanne) Homuth of Cuba; step siblings Dyllan (Shawn) Mcrae of Wellsville, Kristina (Brian) Willets of Scio; Shawn McKinley of Canton, PA, Jackie (Bob) Stilson of Scio, Adam (Tammy) Blouvet of Amherst; nieces and nephews Andrea, Karlie, Huntar, Cameron, Conner, Blair, Addy, Gabby, Lennox, Oakley, Hunter, and Gunnar; Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins; his father-in-law and mother-in-Law Terry (Cindy) Evingham of Little Genesee.

He was predeceased by his Paternal Grandfather Howard “Jim” Blouvet, an uncle David Blouvet, and a niece Desiray Blouvet.

Friends will be received at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc, 9 Bull Street, Cuba, on Monday, January 15, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until Noon.
