Born on April 23, 1979, in Olean, he was a son of Ernest K. Green Sr., and Debra L. Seamon Green.

Kevin was a graduate of Cuba Rushford Central Schools Class of 1997.

He had worked at the Cuba Lake Gas and Smoke Shop and was also a self-employed handyman in the area, helping friends when needed.

He loved kids, animals, fishing, building things, tinkering, music, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his Mother, Debra L. Green of Cuba; a brother, Ernest (Christina) Green of Falconer; a sister, Jamie (Ronald) Dulansky of Salamanca; many nieces and nephews; his longtime companion Tiffany Armstrong and her children Jerry Armstrong and Jayson Armstrong.

At this time the family has chosen to reflect quietly on Kevins life and wishes to thank everyone who touched Kevins life for all the prayers and years of friendship.
