Born on May 3, 1963, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, she was a daughter of Richard M. and Charlotte (Borner) Millerski. On August 4, 2018 in Cuba, she married Ricky Kish who survives.

Judy was currently working as a cleaner for Cuba-Rushford Central School.

She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She rarely missed an opportunity to stop at a garage sale or to go shopping. She enjoyed gardening, camping, cooking, and was always finding ways to think of others. She had three cats that she adored and treated them like they were her children.

She leaves behind her husband, Ricky; two daughters Nicole (Jeremiah) Skilton of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Rachael (Sidney Allen) Kubiak of Cuba: a stepdaughter Tara Kish of Freedom; three grandchildren Theordore and Calvin Skilton of Colorado and Clyde Templar of Freedom; two brothers Robert Millerski of Niagara Falls and Michael Millerski of Sloan; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may gather at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull Street, Cuba on Monday from 11-1:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Houghton at 1:30 P.M.
