Jerold C. Warner, 89, of 5564 Little Rd, Cuba passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Olean General Hospital after a brief illness.
Born on June 4, 1925, in Cuba New York he was a son of Glenn and Margaret Bowen Warner. On August 19, 1944, in Cuba he married the former Ethlyn H. Muckey who predeceased him on September 18, 2011.

Jerold was a graduate of the Cuba High School. He worked for many years at Suburban Propane in Belmont doing many jobs from repair work to driving delivery truck. He also owned and operated his own farm for many years working well in to late 70's. He was one of the first farms to breed Beefalo.
He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting. His love of fishing was spread throughout his family and friends supplying them with lures and tackle of all kinds. He especially enjoyed the family vacations to Black Lake and Rice Lake.
Surviving are four daughters, Jeroldine L. Ingalls of Cuba, Rebecca A. (Tom) Botens of Lantana, TX, Cynthia A. (Carey) Litteer of Hinsdale, and Pearl M. (Pete Peterson) Slowleigh of Obi;
his grandchildren, Regina (Paul Astalos) Houston-Dennis, Dennis (Denise) Botens, Tustin (Debra) Swift, Heather (Jason) McCabe, Aaron (Jeffrey) Deck, Daniel (Chassagne) Shaffer, Colby (Cindy) Shaffer, and Arlah (Daniel) Canchola;
seven great grandchildren, and one great great grand daughter; a sister, Ann (Eldon) Fisher of Hinsdale; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents he was predeceased by two grandsons Max V. Ingalls II, and Thomas Botens; a brother Harold Warner; two sisters June Wilbur and Rose Griner; and a son-in-law Max V. Ingalls.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in Cuba Cemetery friends and family are welcome to attend. The Rev. Marian Schneider will officiate.
Memorials if desired may be made to the American Heart Association.
Arrangments are under direction of the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., Cuba.
