You could find Jeanne at her sewing machine making flags and uniforms for the Cuba Marching Band and Winter guard. She was a chaperone on the band and guard bus trips. She loved decorating every inch of her home for Christmas for her family and friends to enjoy. Known by her grandchildren as “GMA” or “GGMA” when her great grandson was born. She enjoyed listening and dancing to Def Leppard, Aerosmith, and Queen, was an expert at 80s video games. She was famous for making custom birthday cakes, decorating cookies with the kids, and sewing home-made Halloween costumes. Jeanne enjoyed going out to dinner with her family, especially special meals her granddaughters and picking Maryland crabs while visiting her daughter and friends in Virginia. Jeanne was a lifetime Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan, she loved the annual trip to a Sabers game and she would don her Bills Superbowl shirt and cheer on the Bills for every game. She would want us to add “Go Bills”! She worked as a window dresser in various stores, most recently at the Country Heart in Cuba.
