Inez L. Pervorse, 83, of 65 Pleasant Street, Bolivar, passed away Friday, November 17, 2023 at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility after an illness.

Born on July 18, 1940, in Bolivar, she was a daughter of J. Victor and Doris L. Richardson June. On August 5, 1962, in Bolivar, she married Richard Pervorse who predeceased her on June 20, 2008.

Inez was a graduate of Bolivar Central School Class of 1960. In 1980 she graduated from the Danville Kentucky School of Practical Nursing. She worked for many years as an LPN in Danville before returning to Bolivar.

She was a member of the Bolivar United Methodist Church.

She is survived by 2 sons, Richard Pervorse, Jr. of Bolivar and Alan Pervose of Wellsville; 2 brothers, Dale (Muslima) June of Los Angeles, CA and Dean (Sally) June of Attica, NY; 2 sisters, Beverly VanAllen of Warsaw and Rose (Dale) Feenaughty of Bolivar; a sister-in-law, Joan (Richard) Floker of Batavia and Diane June; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother Jerry June and a brother in law Gifford VanAllen.

Friends will be received at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 554 South Main Street, Bolivar, on Friday, November 24, 2023 from 11-1 P.M. at which time funeral services will be held. Chuck Ackerman, a close family friend will officiate.

Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Bolivar, New York.

Memorials may be made to a Rosewell Park Cancer Institute, the Western New York Region Special Olympics, or to the Allegany County ARC.
