Eric R. Washburn, 34, of 235 Barrows St., Jamestown, and formerly of Black Creek passed away December 8, 2015. Born on May 25, 1981, in Olean, New York he was a son of Randy W. and Catherine I. Pezzimenti Washburn.
Eric was a graduate of Cuba Rushford Central School Class of 1999. After high school he worked doing carpentry with his father for several years. He then went to work for Dresser Rand in Wellsville as a crane operator.

| He enjoyed roller hocky, roller skating, games, woodworking and spending time with all of his family especially his daughter. He also enjoyed his dogs Bella and Cinnamon.
Surviving are a daughter, Maddyson Nugent of Cuba; a sister, Jessica (Joseph White) Washburn of Cuba; a niece, Kaleigh Finnemore; and many aunts, uncles, and family that loved him.
He was predeceased by his parents.
The family will receive friends at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull Street, Cuba on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Doug Travis, of Harvest Field Ministries, will officiate.
Burial will be in Cuba Cemetery, Cuba, New York.
