My sincere condolences to the family. I saw Stephen the last time that I was in Cuba. We had a nice visit. May he rest in peace.

Steve was a personal friend for over 50 years. As a co-worker, Tom admired his integrity, decency and compassion in all that he managed. He will forever be in our thoughts and prayers.

We are so sad to hear of Steve's passing. We enjoyed his friendship and he will be missed.
