As we celebrate the life of Mary Adams, know that my childhood memories are filled with times spent at the Adams home. We sure didn't go places and do things, (with 14 kids between Mary & Margaret) but we were able to grow up in rural America running through the woods or playing in the water. Thank you for the memories. I never heard Aunt Mary respond in anger, or act in an unbecoming manner. Truly an amazing woman that I regret not calling more. The angels in heaven are rejoicing for her entrance. Margaret Gaines met her at the gate and the sisters are together again! Till I see you there...

Aunt Mary you were one of a kind. I am going to miss you so much. I have so many memories of the times we were at your house. The things we kids did that we were told not to do. It was never boring there. I miss those days. As we all grew up, we went our separate ways which makes me sad. Heaven got a little bit brighter when you entered the pearly gates. I will miss you until we all meet again. Love you!

I will greatly miss Aunt Mary. Even though we did not stay close in contact. I will cherish my last visit with her in November. We shared some great memories at her long table. But yes I can agree with Phyllis condolence message. Margaret Gaines and Aunt Mary are together again. My fondest memory as a little girl growing up of Aunt Mary, she taught me to drink Hot tea to soothe the soul. God bless you peace my family.

My Aunt Mary (and Uncle John) provided so many childhood memories. I grew up in Texas, yet they still had an impact on me. Moreover, my Mom (Aunt Mary's sister) loved her deeply, always sharing their life stories with me. The initial L in my middle name was given as a symbol of this bond between two sisters, as I was named after my Aunt Mary. My Aunt Mary lived a beautiful life. She will be missed, yet I can imagine sisters catching up on so much. May those closest to her find peace.

Your Mom was the sweetest lady and my sisters and I will always be grateful for the 10 years she was in Dad's (Carl's) and our lives. We adored her. She loved all of you and always spoke so fondly of you!
